Auto-Renewal Agreement
This agreement applies to PortraitAce AI memberships marked as auto-renewing. By confirming a subscription, you authorize the App Store to charge the selected billing cycle. It supplements the Terms of Service and Paid Services and Points Agreement.
1. Subscription
The billing cycle, benefits, trial (if any), price, currency, and taxes are those shown on the purchase screen and final App Store confirmation screen. Availability and price may vary by storefront.
2. Automatic Charges
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. The App Store normally charges renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period; its rules control the exact timing.
3. Cancellation
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select PortraitAce AI, and cancel, or use Manage Subscriptions in the app. Uninstalling the app, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Paid benefits usually remain until the current period ends.
4. Price or Plan Changes
We will provide notice through the App Store or app as required. A new price that requires consent takes effect only after you accept it; you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Refunds and Restore Purchases
The App Store processes subscription payments and decides refunds under its rules and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID after reinstalling or changing devices. If payment succeeded but benefits are missing, keep the order number available for verification.
