Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These terms are between you and Shenzhen Yunzhuo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and apply to the PortraitAce AI app, websites, and related services. The Privacy Policy, Auto-Renewal Agreement, Paid Services and Points Agreement, and feature rules form part of these terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You may use SMS verification, Sign in with Apple, or another supported method. Provide lawful information, safeguard your account and device, and do not rent, sell, or unlawfully transfer an account. If you detect unauthorized use, promptly secure the account and device.

3. Services

Features may include photo retouching, AI generation and editing, batch processing, Works, client albums, memberships, and points. Some features require network access, photo permission, points, or membership. We may adjust features for product, security, compliance, or operational reasons with notice where required.

4. Content, Output, and Intellectual Property

You retain rights in lawful input and grant us the limited permission necessary to provide and maintain the service you request. You must be authorized to process uploaded people and content. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to other content; review it and obtain needed rights before publishing, commercial use, or delivery. The app software, interface, marks, and platform content belong to us or our licensors.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or uploading unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, impersonating, or child-endangering content.
• Processing another person's face, identity data, intimate image, or trade secret without authority, or using output to mislead others.
• Reverse engineering, bypassing safeguards, scraping, disrupting the service, or exploiting scripts, defects, or sham transactions for benefits.
• Any conduct that violates law, store rules, content policies, or these terms.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Points

The final confirmation screen controls prices and benefits. Auto-renewal is governed by the Auto-Renewal Agreement; points and other digital benefits by the Paid Services and Points Agreement. App Store orders, refunds, and subscription management are also subject to store rules.

7. Suspension and Termination

For security risk, illegality, infringement reports, abnormal transactions, or abuse, we may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate as reasonably necessary. You may request account deletion through the app; first handle subscriptions, balances, orders, and backups.

8. Liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain stability and security, but liability for force majeure, network or third-party outages, device failure, and user error is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.

9. Changes and Law

We will prominently notify material changes. PRC law governs these terms. The parties should first negotiate disputes; unresolved disputes will be handled by a court with lawful jurisdiction.
